STARTER

Dueling Focaccia (v)
Our house made focaccia brushed with garlic butter and served hot with a mushroom truffle oil and whipped brie cheese with honey and luxardo cherries.

 

Big Island Shrimp
Fresh gulf shrimp and pineapple wrapped in local bacon, tossed in our buffayaki sauce, and topped with a pineapple pico de gallo.

 

Brisket Cheddar Balls
Twice baked mashed potatoes, smoked beef brisket, cheddar cheese, and scallions are rolled into bite size balls, coated in panko bread crumbs, and fried to a golden brown. Served with a side of our Columbus Buffalo Mustard.

Chicken Velvet Soup
Homemade creamy and savory chicken velvet soup topped with fresh parsley.

 

Balsamic Strawberry Fields (v)
Mixed greens, balsamic vinaigrette, cucumber, strawberries, feta cheese, toasted almonds.

 

Wedge
Iceberg lettuce wedge, bleu cheese, bleu cheese crumbles, bacon, crispy onions, dill.

 


MAIN

Steak New Orleans
Two filet medallions (2.5 oz ea) are seasoned with Cajun spices and served on home crostini topped with beef demi-glace and hollandaise. Served with homemade mashed potatoes and our vegetable of the day.

 

Cider Pork Tenderloin
Three pork tenderloin medallions (3 oz ea) are grilled and served over a bed of couscous topped with berry cider BBQ sauce, cowboy caviar, and crispy leeks.

 

Fried Walleye Hoagie
A fresh walleye filet is deep fried and served on a homemade hoagie bun with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce. Served with chipotle slaw and your choice of fries or kettle chips.

 

Kung Pao Lo Mein (v)
Lo Mein noodles are sautéed in kung pao sauce with peppers, peanuts, celery, and fried vegetarian nuggets. Served with two fried veggie cigars.

 


DESSERT

Heath Cheesecake (v)
Homemade cheesecake topped with caramel, heath crumble, and toasted almonds.

 

Pineapple Upside Up Cake (v)
Gooey butter cake is topped with a pineapple ginger and chili pepper jam , whipped cream, and luxardo cherry glaze.

 

Buffalo Trace Bread Pudding (v) *Contains Alcohol
Homemade bread pudding topped with Buffalo Trace bourbon glaze and powdered sugar.
