Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Fresh jalapenos are stuffed with herb cream cheese, wrapped in bacon, smoked, and finished with mozzarella cheese and a coconut green goddess.

 

Brisket & Sweet Corn Egg Rolls

Smoked brisket is served in a wonton with shredded cabbage, carrots, sweet corn, and garlic, deep fried, and served with a side of cilantro chipotle sauce.

 

Beer Battered Zucchini Fries

Fresh, Indiana zucchini cut into fries, battered with Big Lug Brewing beer batter, deep fried, and served with an avocado cream sauce.

 


ENTREES

 

Summer Pork Belly

Indiana pork belly is brined, seasoned with our house Memphis rubbed, smoked until tender, grilled, topped with an avocado, peach, and corn salsa, avocado cream sauce, and served over a bed of verde rice.

 

BBQ Chicken Pita

A toasted pita is topped with homemade baba ganoush, smoked chicken thighs, pomegranate, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and toasted sunflower seeds. Served with your choice of side.

 

Brisket Manhattan

Smoked brisket is served on our homemade sliced white bread, served alongside twice baked mashed potatoed, and topped with demi-glace.

 

Fried Brussel Sprout Po Boy (veg)

Deep fried brussel sprouts are tossed in cilantro chipotle sauce and served on a toasted hoagie bun with shredded lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Served with your choice of side.

 

Pig Mac

Bacon and Beef burgers made in collaboration with Old Major are grilled and served between a sesame seed bun with Pig Mac™ sauce, pickles, crisp shredded lettuce, finely chopped onion, and a American cheese. Served with your choice of side.
