STARTER
Pickle Sticks (v)
Two homemade breadsticks are stuffed with mozzarella and asiago cheese, dill pickles, and oregano, baked until golden brown, and finished with as ranch drizzle.
Brisket Cheddar Balls
Twice baked mashed potatoes, smoked beef brisket, cheddar cheese, and scallions are rolled into bite size balls, coated in panko bread crumbs, and fried to a golden brown. Served with a side of our Columbus Buffalo Mustard.
Dueling Focaccia (v)
Our house made focaccia brushed with garlic butter and served hot with a mushroom truffle oil and whipped brie cheese with honey and luxardo cherries.
Big Island Shrimp
Fresh gulf shrimp and pineapple wrapped in local bacon, tossed in our buffayaki sauce, and topped with a pineapple pico de gallo.
MAIN
Birria Poutine
Hand cut French fries topped with Wisconsin white cheddar cheese curds, birria gravy, slow cooked pork birria, chopped white onions, and fresh chopped cilantro.
Churrasco Chimi Melt
Marinated and grilled beef tenderloin strap steaks are grilled and served on a toasted hoagie bun with chimichurri, mayo, avocado, and melted mozzarella. Served with your choice of fries or kettle chips.
Fried Walleye Hoagie
A fresh walleye filet is deep fried and served on a homemade hoagie bun with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce. Served with chipotle slaw and your choice of fries or kettle chips.
Mushroom Truffle Pizza (v)
Homemade pizza dough topped with truffle oil, mushrooms, goat cheese mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, and fresh basil.
