APPETIZER

 

Birria Flouta

House made pork birria is stuffed in two corn tortillas with caramelized onions and pico de gallo, deep fried, layered with our house cheese sauce, and served with birria consommé.

 

Brisket Cheddar Balls

Twice baked mashed potatoes, smoked beef brisket, cheddar cheese, and scallions are rolled into bite size balls, coated in panko bread crumbs, and fried to a golden brown. Served with a side of our Columbus Buffalo Mustard.

 

Onion Rings

Fresh cut onions tossed in Goat Ranch beer batter, deep fried, and topped with Berry Cider BBQ and Jalapeno Honey sauce.

 


ENTREES

 

Kung Pao Surf & Turf Skewers

Two kabob skewers are layered with smoked Old Major Hot Link, fresh shrimp, peppers, pineapple, and onion, grilled, and served over our cilantro lime rice topped with kung pao sauce, peanuts, cilantro, and scallions.

 

Churrasco Focaccia

Lightly smoked beef tenderloin is tenderized, grilled over mesquite, and served over toasted focaccia bread with whipped bread, honey, luxardo cherries, chimichurri, and crispy fried leeks. Served with a side of sweet potato waffle fries.

 

Pork Belly Tostada

Two fried corn tortilla shells are topped with our honey jalapeno mayo, smoked and griddled pork belly, pico de gallo, queso fresaco, shredded lettuce, and fresh cilantro. Served with our black beans and hominy.

 

Fried Artichoke Po Boy (v)

Deep fried artichokes are served on a toasted hoagie bun with shredded lettuce, tomato, red onion, and cilantro chipotle sauce. Served with your choice of side.

Gooey butter cake is topped with a pineapple ginger and chili pepper jam , whipped cream, and luxardo cherry glaze.
